My story
I’ve been a performer my entire life. Growing up, my world revolved around dance classes and dreaming on stage, movement was everything to me. From dance to Pilates and body conditioning, I dedicated myself to the performing arts. At a young age, I took a brave step and moved to London alone to pursue my dreams. I studied musical theatre at Read College and theatre dance at London Studio Centre, where I had the incredible opportunity to perform and grow as an artist.
Over time, I discovered that my true passion lies in teaching, whether it’s Pilates, fitness, singing, dance, or personal training, helping others is what I love most. Performing will always be a part of who I am. My singing and dance classes are designed to bring joy and learning, offered with a friendly approach to help you connect with the beautiful world of music, a passion that will always run deep in my blood.
Throughout the years performing, I faced significant health challenges that took a toll on my body. These struggles led to serious injuries, including torn ligaments, broken bones, and dislocated joints. I also experienced hormonal health issues, such as losing my period for three years. I understood that my mental and physical health were deeply connected, and though it was a difficult journey, I was determined to heal and reclaim my wellbeing.
Eventually, I made the decision to leave the performing arts industry and completely transform my life. I immersed myself in learning everything I could about nutrition, exercise, hormones, hypermobility, and overall health. Movement had always been my passion, and I wasn’t ready to give it up. When I stepped into the gym for the first time, scared and unsure, I met who is now my best friend who helped me fall in love with fitness. Through fitness, I found my way back to health, strength, and happiness. And I knew I wanted to help people experience that same transformation, because fitness didn’t just change my life, it gave me a new one.
Now, as a personal trainer and Pilates instructor, I am dedicated to helping people fall in movement and be the person I needed when I started my journey. I’ve learned that not every type of movement suits everyone, which is why I believe in listening to your body and finding the best version of yourself through the movement that feels right for you.
